Lynne is a self-taught chef who enjoys fine foods and wines, and can offer a sumptuous feast for the discerning diner!

Our breakfasts are served in the breakfast room or by the pool and include a fresh fruit platter or compot and a selection of cereals and mueslis, followed by hot dishes – eggs benedict, Spanish omelettes, stacks of hash browns, perfectly scrambled eggs, bacon (the list goes on!).

Lynne is best known for her wonderful evening meals – from a single course to a five-course candlelit dinner. Lynne will design the menu to your needs and print it beautifully for that special occasion.

  • Champagne Sorbet
    • Champagne frozen then whipped until smooth & flavoured with a dash of eau-de-vie.
  • Creme of Carrot Soup
    • A delicate combination of carrots & herbs, garnished with a swirl of cream & fresh parsley.
  • Smoked Salmon & Asparagus Rolls
    • Fresh smoked salmon wrapped around translucent aparagus spears with a delicate hollandaise sauce.
  • Chicken & White Wine Sauce
    • Succulent chicken breasts cooked in white wine and herbs, served with moulded herb rice and cooked vegetables or a fresh salad.
  • Baileys Chocolate Mousse & Wild Berry Puff
    • Chocolate mousse flavoured with Baileys Irish Cream and served with wild berries in a light puff pastry shell. Absolute decadence!
