It is located only 6km from the prosperous town of Inverell. Set on 22 hectares of prime land with sweeping vistas, it includes two hectares of natural and formal gardens with varied heritage-listed trees, most dating back to the 1870s.

The grounds also comprise stables, gardener’s cottage, ironstone cemetery, sunken garden, pond and the spectacular private grove.
