The Tangerine Suite is an elegant, delightfully sunny room which features three large french windows overlooking the back garden and the little lake. It comprises a queensize bed, ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet, and a sitting room.

The Fuchsia Suite is a pretty Cape Cod-style split-level suite featuring dormer windows in each bedroom. It comprises a sitting room, a tiny staircase to a double bedroom with open balustrade which overlooks the sitting room, and french doors from the other side of the sitting room which lead to a twin room.

There is also a single bed located in the 45-degree wall of the sitting room. The roomy bathroom is just across the hall and comprises bath, shower, vanity and a separate toilet. This suite is ideal for a couple with two or three children, or for two couples wishing to share costs.

The Attic

The Attic is a sweet Cape Cod-style double bedroom overlooking the front garden.

The charming and cosy room has its own bathroom (shower, vanity and toilet) across the landing.

The Sapphire Room

The Sapphire Room has timber-panelled walls and ceiling and is dressed in a nautical flavour. Although it has no particular outlook, this double bedroom has a large french window which captures the sea-breeze direct from Bass Strait. It also has its own bathroom and this is located outside the bedroom door and down a little flight of private stairs, so bring a wrap if you’re coy!

The French Quarter

The French Quarter is a delightful French country-style apartment nestled under a sunny veranda overlooking the front garden. While it is not a large apartment, guests just love its charm and romantic atmosphere.

It is split-level and comprises a petit kitchen, queensize bed, large comfy couch and French-style bathroom with spa, TV/Video and CD player. It is usually possible to arrange an early check-in and a late check-out.

• Credit cards are not accepted for payment but guests must provide full credit card details at the time of booking for security purposes.
• Cipriani’s has a strict 48-hour cancellation policy.

• Check-in is at 2pm, but if not at 2pm then Cipriani’s do require prior notification please if guests are running late.
