At The Retreat we are very involved with weddings. You can dress and prepare together with your bridal party as we have spacious rooms and a large communal area – a wonderful, romantic and unrushed environment.

After your service you can return to our spectacular private garden to have your photos taken. Relax and enjoy the first special moments of your new life together. Soft music, floating flowers, surrounded by your wedding party and enjoying a platter of nibbles and a drink prior to returning to the reception.

Rainy days pose no problem as we have them covered, too.

When your reception is ove,r return to your gorgeous spacious room, candles, chocolates, soft music, DVD, luxurious fluffy towels, bathrobes and a shower for two!

After a sleep-in enjoy a special leisurely breakfast. Maybe, you will have time for a spa in the hot tub. Take a late checkout or spoil yourselves and stay another night or two.

We also have (in a separate location) a 3-bedroom cottage for your family or out-of-town friends .
