| Guest Wing | Tropical Rainforest Pool | Cassowary |
Walk along the boardwalks admiring native flowers and shrubs, grevilleas, callistemons, some amazing bromeliads, crotons, cordylines and dozens of colourful annuals and perennials. Lots of tropical birds and butterflies including the beautiful iridescent blue Ulysses butterfly. Wander around the garden, and admire the native gingers and heliconias. And if you fancy a cutting or two, ask Mick the head gardener (or is he still the under gardener?). No problems if you fancy mowing the lawns – a ride-on mower is here for your convenience. The waterfall swimming pool can be used day and night. It is a 70,000 litre pool – big enough to have a decent swim. It has a beach entry – great for children and for those of us who are no longer children. We have several noodles and a ball to help you enjoy your time in the pool. And if you ask very very nicely, maybe Mick the trainee waiter will bring you a complimentary cold beer or soft drink while you are working hard on your suntan by the pool!
