The Sapphire Coast abounds in national parks, wilderness areas and state forests. You can explore unspoilt deserted beaches, go whale watching or take a joy flight and see it all from the air.

Within an hour's drive are the historic villages of Cobargo, Central Tilba and Tilba Tilba; the seaside fishing villages of Bermagui and Tathra; the country town of Bega. 

A little further south are the seaside towns of Merimbula, Pambula and Eden. During the whale watching season (September to November) cruises depart from Eden, Merimbula and Narooma. There are numerous arts and crafts galleries, the Whale Museum at Eden, the Bega Cheese Heritage Centre (with restaurant, museum and craft shop), Grevillea Winery and fruit wineries. You can visit local markets each weekend, the largest and most popular being the Candelo Market, held on the first Sunday of the month.

We have 40 ha at Rock Lily where you can explore, watch birds or walk through the bush. Woodruff cottage is set on a separate 6.5 hectares.
