Refunds & Cancellations…

• Cancellations notified more than 15 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 60% of deposit or are offered a gift voucher for the full deposit amount.
• Notification within 14 days prior receive no refund of deposit or are offered a gift voucher for 50% of deposit amount.
• Non-arrivals or cancellations 24 hours prior will forfeit all money paid.
