| Little Villa at Te Pa Helios is a distinctive Greek-style villa set on a dramatic, sunny cliff-side setting, adjacent to an ancient Maori pa (hillside fort).
The Little Villa is a two-storey self-catering two-bedroom, two-bathroom seaside holiday home, to the left of the main villa - with never-ending views of the Bay of Islands (including sunsets, moonrises, ships, dolphins, birds and the occasional orca!), with paved terrace and gas barbecue... sleeps up to two couples. The lounge, dining and kitchen areas all lead out onto the terrace. The Little Villa offers easy access to two adjacent beaches, both east and west, which are ideal for swimming, fishing and snorkeling... The Little Villa offers beauty, comfort and privacy and it is fully furnished with appliances, and an eclectic mix of New Zealand (and other) art and antiques. The Little villa is only a few minutes by car to historic Russell. Please note: We are unable to accommodate children under 12 years of age due to our location on the cliff edge. For your comfort the house is pet-free and is a non-smoking property. |

The Bay of Islands is one of New Zealand's most scenic and historic areas. It takes its name from the 150 islands in the harbour, many of which are extinct volcanoes. Leisure options are fishing (including big game fishing), scuba diving, an extensive range of tours, golf, sailing, visiting craft shops and many scenic drives and walks. Russell, in the heart of the Bay of Islands, is strategically located as a base for exploring this diverse and historic area. Just a brief drive from Tapeka Point, historic Russell offers an interesting range of craft shops, restaurants, a museum and historic buildings, as well as a tourism information centre, banks and supermarkets. The township is also served by launch services which provide a different chance for sightseeing from the water. |
